Initial zoom consult to discuss your full history, goals, current strength routine

After the initial meet up, strength testing measures will be sent through via an email containing videos links with detailed instructions for each assessment.

Personalised training from an Exercise and Sports Scientist & Physiotherapist based on your goals and the results from the strength testing.

​​

Sessions will include a mix of preparation exercises, plyometrics, main lifts,  accessory lifts, and any rehab exercises

Every session planned out and sent through TrainHeroic app (free to download and use)

Anytime text/email contact with coach

Modifications made to training if needed during the block.

End of training block retesting of initial strength measures
