Leading Load Management Technology
When you are a part of Athletic Domain, you have access to our evidence based training load tracking algorithm. Simply input your data from your training and the algorithm will find your Acute Training Units (ATU's). This gives you an extra barrier to reduce your risk of injury.

The algorithm will calculate your weekly total of ATU's to give your overall training load for the week.
These values can help you and your coach identify adequate running volume. Your coach can them modify your training appropriately, reducing the risk of developing an injury.
