Liam Woollett

Physiotherapist, Exercise and Sports Scientist, Running Coach

Introducing Athletic Domain Performance & Rehab, the culmination of over a decade working in sport. Liam first started as a running coach right after finishing school, this lead to coaching both individual runners, and leading the cross country and middle distance athletics program at a QGSSSA high school. During this time, Liam received his exercise and sports science degree. This helped gain an extra edge in strength training prescription and further his capacity as a coach.

Liam then completed the trifecta by completing his physiotherapy degree. The goal in this pursuit of education? To become the complete coach, to be able to take on an athletes strength and conditioning training, load monitoring, running coaching, and manage any injuries that arise along the way.

​

Liam has worked with athletes of any age or ability. From complete novices, all through to national level athlete's. If you have a goal to improve yourself, then this is the place for you.
